Friday
Arrival and accommodation in hotel. Visit to the Old Town of Alberobello, world capital of trulli. Return to hotel and dinner.

Saturday
After breakfast visit to the Castellana Caves, ranking among some of the most beautiful in the world. Lunch in restaurant and transfer to Carnival floats workshops to watch a show on how papier-mâché is manufactured. To follow, visit to the Old Town of Putignano. Return to hotel and dinner.

Sunday
Carnival floats parade. Lunch at your leisure.
Return to hotel in the evening and dinner.

Monday
Visit to the "Cantina Sociale" (Cooperative Store) and wine tasting. Transfer and guided tour to the Old Town of Martina Franca, pearl of the Apulian baroque. Lunch in agritourism farmhouse and transfer to Ostuni, the famous "white town." At night, party with folk music and popular dances.

Tuesday
Guided tour of Matera and lunch in restaurant in the Sassi (Old Town of Matera). Transfer to Putignano for the Carnival night parade. Dinner at your leisure.

Wednesday
Guided tour to the Old Town of Bari. Box lunch and return to hotel.
